1. Small children should not be entrusted with the payment of dues.

2. Dues must be paid by the 15thof every month. After the late fine of Rs. 25 will be charged. There after the name of the pupil will be struck off the rolls for nonpayment of dues. Readmission fee of Rupee 500/- will be charged in addition to late fee fine.

3. Parents should keep the fee receipts issued to them, as a proof of payment.

4. Pupils availing themselves of the school bus service are required to give one month’s notice for discounting the said service. No reduction will be made for vacation or broken periods.

5. Under no circumstances a pupil shall be allowed to take the final exam unless the school dues are cleared.

6. School fees once paid will not be refunded.
